Africars Uganda provides car consultation and vehicle importation services from the United Kingdom and Japan to Uganda. All services are offered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability, market conditions, and the verification of suitable vehicles.

2. Consultations and Reservations

• Consultations are offered by appointment.
• Booking a consultation does not obligate you to proceed with an import.
• Vehicle reservations require a deposit. Once paid, deposits are considered binding and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Vehicle cost estimates are based on current exchange rates and may vary slightly at the time of payment.
• All fees and payment schedules are communicated before any transaction is finalized.
• Africars Uganda is not responsible for any banking fees or transfer delays.

4. Import Timeline and Delays

While we work to ensure timely delivery, Africars Uganda is not liable for delays caused by customs processes, port congestion, third-party shipping disruptions, or regulatory changes.

We will communicate transparently in the event of such delays.
