Working directly with trusted suppliers, auction houses, and dealerships in Japan and the UK, we review each vehicle for documentation, condition, value, and authenticity. You don’t have to deal with hidden costs, international sellers, or time zone gaps—we handle everything for you.

Vehicle Verification & Pre-Purchase Reports
Before any purchase is confirmed, we conduct full verification checks to ensure the vehicle is in the stated condition, free of structural damage, and compliant for Ugandan roads.
This includes:
- Chassis and engine number verification
- Mileage confirmation
- Service and accident history (when available)
- Export readiness assessment
We provide a report that gives you visibility before payment is made, and we do not proceed with imports unless everything checks out.
You Will Not Need to Chase the Process
Once the vehicle lands in Uganda, the paperwork intensifies and this is where most buyers get overwhelmed. Africars manages all port clearance, tax documentation, URA processing, and number plate registration. You do not need to hire separate agents or follow up with different offices.
We also arrange final delivery if you are outside Kampala, or you can pick up directly from us once the car is ready.
